Wave Edit Pro is a full-fledged Wave sound editor and player for Palm devices running Palm OS 5 and above. Extremely useful both for editing voice memos and as a standalone sound recorder/editor.

Load/Save both compressed and uncompressed Wav sound files. Support for Mono/Stereo, 8-bit/16-bit, and any sample rate.
Full editing capabilities: Copy, Cut, Paste, Delete, Undo
Transformation effects: Reverse, Amplify, Fade, Noise Reduction
Zooming ability: Zoom in from 2x up to 128x!
Recording ability (at any available sample rate)

Full Wav file navigator: Load/Save, Rename/Delete, File Info

Requirements: Palm OS 5.0+ (supported devices: All Treo devices running Palm OS (except Treo600), Tungsten T5, TX, LifeDrive, Zire 72, Tungsten T1, T2, T3, C, E, and Zire 71). To load/save samples, you also need a memory expansion card.
Enhancements: High resolution 16-bit graphics and digital sound.
